About

A self-taught photographer, I live in Brittany, the region of France where I come from.

I am open to all aspects of photography, with a strong but not exclusive interest in people, particularly in their relationship to work.

Nature is also a source of inspiration for me.

I appreciate being able to explore a subject over a long period of time, so that I can fully immerse myself in it, and in doing so I have the opportunity to make meaningful encounters.

After initial training in film photography, I have been practising digital photography since 2005. I carry out the processing and printing of my images myself, considering that a photograph is not a file but a tangible object.

Since 2013, I have taken part in group and solo exhibitions, which has introduced me to the process of selecting images with a view to building a scenography.

I take note of current developments in image processing, considering them as new instruments available to creativity, while hoping that their use will not become a shortcut to ease.
